As a generational watercress farmer who intimately knows the benefits of this superfood, I was called to create a nature-inspired beauty oil with this aquatic plant as its base. Known for its rich antioxidant and nutrient content (one cup has over 100% of your daily vitamin K intake), anti-inflammatory properties, and high concentration of chlorophyll, watercress became an instant source of skincare inspiration. If I knew this superfood could change people's skin from the inside out, I had to share it with the world.

Abyssinian Oil

Cousin to the aquatic watercress, Abyssinian oil is a plant-based oil derived from the mustard plant. Its natural oils are lightweight, incredibly moisturizing, and rich in linoleic and linolenic acids that nurture the skin, calm inflammation, and provide cellular regenerative benefits.

Hemp Seed Oil

Nature can be a source of perfect harmony and flow, and in the skincare world, this balance is flawlessly represented in hemp oil. Derived from hemp seeds, hemp oil is known as "nature's most perfectly balanced oil" thanks to its concentration of all 21 known amino acids and its balanced 3:1 ratio of Omega 6 and Omega 3 fatty acids.
